Alexander Westerberg, founder and CEO of Svensk Mötesbokning – one of Sweden's leading companies in meeting scheduling.

You use S2 in your business. Which, to you, is its greatest benefit?

"I have worked with S2 for about 10 years, so we have become well acquainted with the system. It is a good tool for us to keep track of our customers, see which ones they have contacted, which ones will get follow-ups and which ones they have not been able to get hold of. Since we handle large volumes of customers every day, it is important for us to automatically get an overview of the entire process, compared to sitting manually with this. We also have some remote booking agents, so we have chosen S2 as a main platform. You were very early with remote functionality, which has been smooth for us. You can follow everyone in real time and we do not need to install anything on our employees' computers, as everything is cloud-based."

From Excel lists to cloud-based S2 

"At first we had Excel lists, whichwas very manual work. You had to switch back and forth between different colors and mark different outcomes which became extremely messy. When we got S2, our work process was simplified and administrative work reduced, saving us a lot of time."

"Initially I came into contact with S2 when I was marketing manager at another company and at the time we had a manual system for customer processing.
I then looked at alternative systems and found S2, who helped us automate the entire customer process. When Svensk Mötesbokning was founded almost seven years ago, it became a natural work tool to bring with us into the company."

Alexander explains how S2's functions facilitate work.

"Ithink S2's basic features are very good, especially the calendar function, being able to sync it with the customer's Outlook calendar has simplified a lot for our customers. There are also not too many buttons, the system is very clear and it means that we do not have to do so much searching in S2."

Easy for new employees to learn S2

"Over the years we have been contacted by several competitors of S2, but we work with meeting scheduling and S2 has always been the best tool on the market. Again, the calendar function and above all the simplicity. To be able to teach S2 to new employees in a system that has a simple design. New employees can easily understand the logic of S2 and for us it saves a lot of time." 

Effective already ten years ago

"In the beginning, the system often got caught up with the dialer, we're talking ten years ago. But basic functionality has always been stable and it was already an effective system ten years ago. I think we get a good overview of statistics, for example. What we measure the most is the number of contact attempts and active time but also of course how many yes's or no's you get. The measuring functionality is easily overviewed. It is precisely that simplicity that surpasses – you understand quickly."

Alexander explains that support has also been close at hand with quick feedback in case of problems.

"Since Svensk Mötesbokning helps companies in different industries all over Sweden to find new customers, there can sometimes be specific requests from our clients. I think S2's technicians have been good at listening and then adjusting functions to our needs. There has been an interest in listening to the customer from start to finish. I feel very good about S2."
