You use S2 in your business. Which, to you, is its greatest benefit?

13 years ago Prospector chose to enlist the help of S2. Today, Prospector uses S2's phone, CRM and TM solutions.
"Thanks to S2's help, we have been able to gather everything in one place. It is a system that has been open. The biggest challenges for us have been not being able to bring our CRM part into S2 earlier, but now we have no major challenges. Both telephony and CRM have moved in."
Mobility and development are two words that Mia uses to describe S2 when explaining the benefits from the start and up until now.
"For me, the strength of S2 – even if it wasn't from the beginning – is that it has evolved to become something that we are need. A major reason why S2 was chosen, which I had thought of before, is that there is a mobility in S2 – we pay based on how much we use the system."

"Every time we have used other systems, they are more specifically adapted for a certain part of the business. They are either adapted for customer service and incoming calls, or for cold calling. I have not yet found a system like S2 where the combination of sellers, communicators and bookers works on the same platform!"
